We are so excited to offer you this seasonal feast for the soul: a uniquely beautiful afternoon of movement, live music and meditation, set in the beautiful St Mary's Church, Shalford.

Gentle floor based movement practise, interspersed with music meditation and head massage.  Beautiful seasonally reflective music played on cello and harp will deepen your experience of rest and relaxation.

To synchronise with the Full Moon Energy, we will offer a taste of Warm Cacao, Tea or Coffee as well as mince pies and vegan chocolate treats.

Parking:  can be found at the front or rear of the Church.  

Please bring a mat. There is cosy underfloor heating, however a blanket and warm layers will increase your feeling of relaxation and warmth.  You may wish to bring an eye pillow/sleeping mask.
